Texas sues TP-Link over its connections to China

Chinese-American networking company TP-Link is facing more legal trouble in America after the Texas Attorney General filed a lawsuit accusing it of violating trade laws this week.

Attorney General Ken Paxton said on February 17 that Texas was suing TP-Link for "deceptively marketing its networking devices and allowing the Chinese Communist Party (“CCP”) to access American consumers’ devices in their homes," according to the press statement from Paxton's office.
