Gaming powerhouse Electronic Arts (EA) wanted to let its studios, executives, and data analysts alike “talk to our data,” said Principle AI Engineer Bhaskar Sampathkumar – but the company’s initial RAG approach wasn’t accurate enough and starting to show serious flaws as it scaled.
